For anyone thinking about this

The beds were wonderfully soft, and the staff was professional and warm. The location is convenient for eateries and shopping. The breakfast options were basic but sufficient. A perfect stop for weary travelers!

We checked in later in the evening and when we entered our romm all of the drawers in the entertainment center/dresser were open. They would not close. We had to fold up paper and place underneath of it to balance it so we could close the drawers. How could a maid leave a room like that? The light on the right side of the bed would not turn off so we had to unsrew that light bulb. The next morning we went to breakfast at about 8:30 and there was no coffee and most of the food was gone. We had to go to the front desk and ask the clerk to re- srock everything. Wow he was not doing anything except watching TV he could see the breakfast area from where he was sitting. During your breakfast hours you should not have to ask for coffe or food.

Cracks in walls, bathroom door wouldn't close, not enough channels on tv.

I had a pleasant stay recently, enjoying the modern amenities in my room and the cleanliness throughout. The breakfast options were decent, and I loved the laminated flooring that kept the room fresh.

The location - it is located INSIDE the Gilroy Outlet! The free breakfast is also great and very handy!

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help with anything that came up, re:directions, facility help, greeting and asking if everything is ok as guests come and go. Beverage counter was always available.

The guest dryer was out. The "breakfast" could me a tad more interesting ( maybe a yogurt selection and a piece of fruit also, small bagels instead of the sugary danish and a multigrain cereal choice, paper not styrafoam plates/bowls) and an hour longer. The cleaning supplies odor was overpowering but clean. Would have loved access to a spa.

I really enjoyed my stay with a comfy bed and nice illumination, made coming back after a long day of exploring almost a treat. Plus, being just a few steps from Ginger Cafe for a quick bite and almost 2 km from Christmas Hill Park for scenic strolls was fantastic.

The continental breakfast range was good. They even have a waffle maker machine for guests to make waffles for breakfast.

The maid was unable to read the do not disturb sign. We were working nights and sleeping during the day and were woke up each day by the maid wanting to clean our room.

Amiable and welcoming staff, it was fairly nice stay.

Everything was good and lots to do. I truly enjoyed the room with 2 queen beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous and excellent for traveling around Gilroy, right by multiple eating establishments as well as several local restaurants. I tried some drinks at bar Applebee's, located 15 minutes walk away.

Rooms were clean, but we encountered loud noises late at night.

The room felt spacious with a modern touch. The location provided easy access to local shops. I did notice the breakfast items frequently ran out, but overall, I had a pleasant experience!
